Privacy, terms and data processing

We collect what you enter in the diagnostic: your name, work email, role, company website, and the answers you give about what you need to sell. We use it to define your market, deliver briefs, and reply to you. We do not sell it.

We also store basic technical information with your submission (browser user agent and IP address) to prevent abuse.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing ivan@salesbrain.io. We delete it within 30 days unless we are required to keep it for accounting.

The service is company research and qualification. We do not guarantee a number of leads, meetings or signed engagements, and nothing on this site should be read as such a guarantee.

Briefs are for your internal commercial use. Illustrative examples shown on this site are labelled as illustrative and are not real named companies.

Continuous coverage is month to month and can be stopped with notice before the next monthly period. If a single investigation returns no Pursue-grade situation in your agreed market, we do not invoice for it.

Company research uses public sources (company websites, job posts, press releases, filings, tender registries, public professional profiles, recorded talks, news) and licensed company data. We do not access anything behind a login and we do not scrape private data.

Named contacts in briefs are business role holders, identified in a business context, with the reason they are relevant stated. If a person asks to be removed from our research, we remove them.

Every factual claim in a brief carries a source and a date. Anything we could not verify is stated as unconfirmed. Final qualification includes human review.
